Section 7

SEC. 7. Effectivity.—This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) JOVITO R. MITRA President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 549 and House Bill No. 12363 was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on September 12, 1989 and September 14, 1989, respectively.
