Section 7

SEC. 7. On or before the fifteenth day of July, the Board of Regents shall submit to the Office of the President of the Philippines, through the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, and to both Houses of Congress, an annual report setting forth the programs, conditions and needs of the University.
