Effectivity.

Section 42

SEC. 42. Effectivity.—This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or in three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines. MITRA President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 543 and House Bill No. 13646 was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on September 11, 1989 and September 26, 1989, respectively.
