Section 10

SEC. 10. Reports. — In addition to the annual report provided for under paragraph 2, subsection (c), of Section 4 hereof, the administering agencies are hereby mandated to submit quarterly detailed reports of its operations and performance to the Congress of the Philippines, including a list of beneficiaries.
