Qualifications of the Chairman and the Commissioners.

Section 9

SEC. 9. Qualifications of the Chairman and the Commissioners. — The Chairman and the Commissioners of the Commission must be citizens of the Philippines, publicly-recognized personalities in the field of sports, at least thirty (30) years of age arid of good moral character.
