Section 1

SECTION 1. Barangays San Jose, Concepcion, New Calamba, Gatas, Fatima, Botong, Batayan, Marcelo, Palalian, Paraiso, Pianon, Daniel Maing, Tugop and Kalawit, of the Municipality of Labason, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, shall be constituted as a distinct and independent municipality in the same province to be known as the Municipality of Kalawit.
