Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services of the Department of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Dimasalang, Province of Masbate, to be known as the Moises Espinosa Memorial Municipal Hospital.
