SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services of the Department of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas, to be known as the Mahal na Virgen Maria Sto. Rosario Municipal Hospital.
