Effectivity.

Section 20

SEC. 20. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) JOVITO R. SALONGA (Sgd.) MITRA President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 10787 and Senate Bill No. 485 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 22, 1990 and March 2, 1990, respectively.
