Disqualification from Benefits.

Section 7

SEC. 7. Disqualification from Benefits. - No benefit shall be given to an insured official or his beneficiaries when the injury, sickness, disability or death was occasioned or caused by any of the following: His willful intention to injure or kill himself or another; His notorious negligence; or His unauthorized absence or abandonment of office for three (3) consecutive months.
