Exemption.

Section 8

SEC. 8. Exemption. - A disabled veteran shall be exempted from periodic examination and re-rating in the following cases: When the disability is considered as static; When the disability is permanent in nature or of such character that there is no likelihood of improvement; or When the veteran is already fifty-seven (57) years of age or over.
