Effectivity.

Section 13

SEC. 13. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) JOVITO R. SALONGA (Sgd.) RAMON V.
