Section 13

SEC. 13. The grantee, his successors or assigns, shall hold the National Government, provincial, city and municipal governments harmless from all claims, accounts, demands, or action arising out of accidents or injuries, whether to property or to persons, caused by the construction or operation of the telephone or other electrical transmission system of the said grantee, his successors or assigns.
