Establishment.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Establishment. - There is hereby established in the Province of Sultan Kudarat, with a central site and administration office in the Municipality of Tacurong (Sultan Kudarat Capital Site Extension), a college which shall be known as the Sultan Kudarat Polytechnic State College, hereinafter referred to as the College.
