SEC. 15. Qualifications. — No person shall be appointed regular member of the Commission unless: He is at least thirty—five (35) years of age; A member of the Philippine Bar or a holder of a master's degree in public administration, business administration, management, sociology, criminology, law enforcement, national security administration, defense studies, and other related disciplines; and Has had experience in law enforcement work for at least five (5) years.
