Alien clerks and employees.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Alien clerks and employees.—Upon recommendation of the chief of mission or principal officer concerned, the Secretary may separate from the service any alien clerk or employee on account of disloyalty to the Government, unsatisfactory performance of duty, misconduct, or malfeasance in office.
