Composition.

Section 56

SEC. 56. Composition. - There shall be a Foreign Service Institute, whose board shall be composed of the Secretary, as Chairman, and the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, the President of the University of the Philippines, the President of the Development Academy of the Philippines, and the Director of the Foreign Service Institute, as members.
