Service Allowance in Lieu of Per Diems.

Section 76

SEC. 76. Service Allowance in Lieu of Per Diems. - When meals are included in the fare of any carrier, no per diems shall be allowed but service allowance equal to fifty percent (50%) of the per diems authorized shall be payable to the traveler.
