Section 7

SEC. 7. Chairman, Duties and Responsibilities. - The Chairman of the Board shall have the following duties and responsibilities: to preside over the meetings of the Council; to supervise the operations and administration of the Council; and to exercise such other functions and perform such other duties as may be vested in him by the Council.
