SEC. 10. Income derived from production and service activities undertaken in aid of instruction and training and from auxiliary enterprises shall be retained by the College and shall be used exclusively for the acquisition of tools, equipment and other laboratory facilities for instruction, research and produce/process development and for incentives of students, teachers and other school personnel directly involved in production and service activities: Provided, however, That such incentives shall not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the income: Provided, further, That the utilization of this income shall be in accordance with auditing rules and regulations.
