Corporate Secretary.

Section 24

SEC. 24. Corporate Secretary. - The corporate secretary, who shall be a lawyer, appointed by the governing Board and under the supervision of its chairman, shall record the deliberations and other official actions of the governing Board and shall take custody of the records and other papers pertaining to it.
