Section 9

SEC. 9. Office of the Director General. -The chief operating officer and principal representative of the Center shall be the Director General assisted by a Deputy Director General, working full time, both to be appointed by the President: Provided, that such appointments shall be subject to confirmation by the Commission on Appointments.
