SEC. 7. All parcels of land belonging to the Government occupied by the Zamboanga School of Arts and Trades are hereby declared to be the property of the Zamboanga City Polytechnic College and shall be titled under that name: Provided, That should the Zamboanga City Polytechnic College cease to exist or such aforementioned parcels of land be no longer needed by the College, the same shall revert to the City of Zamboanga.
