SEC. 7. This Act shall take effect upon its approval: Provided, however, That violations of the provisions of Paragraphs one and two of section six and of section ten of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred and sixty-two committed prior to the approval hereof, shall be punished hereunder if the alien violator fails or refuses to comply with the legal requirements set forth under said provisions within ten days from the time he is served notice in writing of his violation of said provisions.
