Report of rating.

Section 17

SEC. 17. Report of rating.—The Board shall, within one hundred twenty days after the date of the completion of the examination, report the ratings obtained by each candidate to the Commissioner of Civil Service, who shall submit such ratings with his recommendations, to the President for approval.
