Effectivity Clause.

Section 24

SEC. 24. Effectivity Clause. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) NEPTALI A. GONZALES (Sgd.)
