Section 17

SEC. 17. Auditor and Personnel - The Commission on Audit shall appoint a representative who shall be the Auditor of the Authority and the necessary personnel to assist said representative in the performance of his duties. The operating expenses of the auditing office and the salaries of both officials and employees shall be paid by the Authority.
