Annual Report.

Section 25

SEC. 25. Annual Report. - An annual report of the Authority shall be submitted to the President of the Philippines within sixty (60) days after the close of each fiscal year. The original of said report shall be submitted to the President of the Philippines and copies thereof to the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines and the Department of Transportation and Communications. The report shall include a financial statement duly certified by the Auditor of the Authority.
