SEC. 4. The Nueva Vizcaya Science High School Board of Trustees shall be composed of: The Regional Director, Department of Education, Culture and Sports, Region 11 as Chairman; The Director of the Nueva Vizcaya Science High School as Vice-Chairman; The Regional Director, Department of Science and Technology, Region 11 as Member; and The Regional Director, National Economic Development Authority, Region 11 as Member.
