Council of Advisers on Energy Affairs.

Section 14

Sec. 14. Council of Advisers on Energy Affairs. – A council of advisers on energy affairs consisting of five (5) members and appointed from the industry, labor, and consumer sectors shall advise the President on the overall energy program, especially on private sector initiatives and proposals. The President shall convene the council within thirty (30) days upon approval of this Act.
