Minimum Capital Ratios.

Section 108

SEC. 108. Minimum Capital Ratios. — The Monetary Board may prescribe minimum ratios which the capital and surplus of the bank must bear to the volume of their assets, or to specific categories thereof, and may alter said ratios whenever it deems necessary.
