SEC. 53. Funding of National Government Agencies in the Autonomous Regions. National government offices and agencies in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao which are not excluded under paragraph (9), Section 2, Article V of R.A. No. 6734, together with their personnel, equipment, properties and budgets shall be placed under the control and supervision of the Regional Government, pursuant to a schedule prescribed by the Oversight Committee in accordance with its mandate under the provisions of R.A. No. 6734. Prior to said transfer, the said agencies of the national government shall continue their operations and discharge of their respective functions.
