Section 15

SEC. 15. Section twenty-one of Act Numbered Three thousand four hundred and twenty-eight is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 21. Periodical payments.—Upon agreement by the parties concerned, subject to the approval of the Workmen's Compensation Commissioner, the compensation may be paid monthly or semi-monthly instead of weekly."
