Section 28

SEC. 28. Authority of the Officers of the Civil Aeronautics Administration to administer oaths.—Besides the Administrator, the Deputy Administrator, chiefs of the divisions, and duly designated members of the examining and investigating committees of the Civil Aeronautics Administration shall have authority to administer oaths in the transaction of official business.
