General penalty.

Section 43

SEC. 43. General penalty.—Any violation of the provisions of this Act, or any order, rule or regulation issued thereunder, or any term, condition or limitation of any certificate or permit issued under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred pesos for each violation.
