Section 52

SEC. 52. Disposition of receipt.—All money collected by the Civil Aeronautics Administration under the provisions of this Act shall constitute a revolving fund and shall be disbursed for the construction, repair, maintenance and improvement of government air navigation facilities: Provided, however, That any and all sums to be derived and collected for the Manila International Airport as well as cash and collections on accounts receivable standing to the credit of the National Airports Corporation and the Manila International Airport Division shall accrue to the Manila International Airport revolving fund which shall be disbursed by the Civil Aeronautics Administration for the operation of the Manila International Airport and for such other expenses as may be necessary, appropriate or incidental in connection therewith.
