Definition of Terms.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Definition of Terms. - "Senior citizens," as used in this Act, shall refer to any person who is at least sixty (60) years of age. "Center," as used in this Act, refers to the place established by this Act with recreational, educational, health and social programs and facilities designed for the full enjoyment and benefit of the senior citizens in the city or municipality.
