Section 1

SECTION 1. The Bataan College of Science and Technology located in the Municipality of Dinalupihan and the Bataan National Agricultural School in the Municipality of Samat both in the Province of Bataan, are hereby converted into a state college to be known as the Bataan State College, hereinafter referred to as the College. The main campus of the state college shall be Anted in the Bataan College of Science and Technology with the Bataan National Agricultural School in Samal as an extension of the star college.
