SEC. 23. The amount needed to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Bataan College of Science and Technology and the Bataan National Agricultural School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Bataan State College shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
