SEC. 2. The Institute, in addition to its present secondary curricular offering, shall offer four-year undergraduate courses in agriculture and such short-term nondegree programs as may be deemed necessary to meet the increasing agricultural manpower requirements of the province, subject to the policies and standards of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
