Effectivity Clause.

Section 15

SEC. 15. Effectivity Clause. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) EDGARDO J. ANGARA (Sgd.)
