Oath of Optometrists.

Section 23

SEC. 23. Oath of Optometrists. — All successful examinees shall be required to take their oath before the Board or before any person authorized to administer oaths prior to the issuance of the certificate of registration: Provided, however, That the applicant is not disqualified under any of the provisions of Section 24 hereof.
