Repealing Clause.

Section 19

SEC. 19. Repealing Clause. — Republic Act No. 7372 shall be deemed repealed upon the issuance by the National Telecommunications Commission of the certificate of public convenience and necessity and such other appropriate permits and licenses to the herein grantee.
