SEC. 15. For the purpose of giving effect to this Act, all the unexpended balances of the appropriation under the control of the former Bukidnon National Agricultural School, are hereby made available for the operation of the Mindanao Agricultural College until June thirty, nineteen hundred and fifty-three. Thereafter, the necessary funds shall be provided in the Annual General Appropriation Acts.
