Section 15

SEC. 15. Effectivity Clause. - This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) EDGARDO J. ANGARA (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA, JR. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which originated in the House of Representative was finally passed by the House of Representatives and Senate on march 21, 1994 and February 8, 1995, respectively. (Sgd.) EDGARDO E. TUMANGAN (Sgd.) CAMILO L. SABIO Secretary of the Senate Secretary General House of Representatives Approved: FIDEL V. RAMOS President of the Philippines Lapsed into law on September 25, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
