Section 3

SEC. 3. Effectivity. – This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) NEPTALI A. GONZALES (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA, JR. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which originated in the House of Representative was finally passed by the House of Representatives and Senate on December 18, 1995 and December 19, 1995, respectively.
