Section 8

SEC. 8. A new subparagraph is hereby added to Section 8 of Presidential Decree No. 1467, as amended, designated as subparagraph 8.6, to read as follows: "8.6. The additional common capital stock shall not be used, in any case, to expand the present manpower of the Corporation."
