The Oversight Committee for the Prevention and Control of Diabetes.

Section 10

SEC. 10. The Oversight Committee for the Prevention and Control of Diabetes. – Upon submission of the report, the National Commission on Diabetes created by virtue of this Act shall cease to exist and be reconstituted as the Oversight Committee for the Prevention and Control of Diabetes, hereinafter referred to as the "Committee." The Committee shall continuously be attached to the DOH.
