Vacancies.

Section 7

SEC. 7. Vacancies.—Any vacancy in the Board of Governors created by the death, resignation, or removal of an appointive member shall be filled by the appointment, as provided for in section six hereof, of a new member to complete the unexpired period of the term of the member concerned. No member of the Board of Governors shall be required to submit courtesy resignation on occasion of any change in the Presidency of the Philippines.
