The City of Marikina.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The City of Marikina. – The Municipality of Marikina is hereby converted into a highly urbanized city to be known as the City of Marikina, hereinafter referred to as the City, which shall comprise the present territory of the Municipality of Marikina in the Metropolitan Manila Area.
